In order to avoid traveling, we are happy to deliver your rations to your home. Depending on your storage space, we will deliver one, two, or four weeks of rations per delivery, ensuring that you never run out of rations between two deliveries.

Yes of course, for this two solutions:
Either directly on our production site, in Bussigny-près-Lausanne. We are open during the week to give you your rations on a date to be agreed in advance.
Either directly from one of our withdrawal points appearing on the map below.
In both cases, it is necessary to order the rations online before going to collect your order.
To do this, you need to subscribe online to one of our subscriptions so that we can integrate the preparation of the desired rations into our production schedules. You will then be delivered regularly at the chosen frequency.
We travel through French-speaking Switzerland with our mobile Dog, following tours distributed as follows:
Region 1) Lausanne, Gros de Vaud & Friborg: Wednesday
Region 2) La Côte, Geneva: Monday
Region 3) Neuchâtel, Jura Vaudois & Gros de Vaud: Friday
Region 4) Lavaux and Valais: Tuesday
Don’t worry, you can tell us where to put the rations in the shelter. We will then leave them carefully in an insulated container.
You will then be able to choose a delivery made by La Poste on a personalized date. However, we draw your attention to the fact that these deliveries are partly invoiced to you (30 CHF) in addition to the subscription. The rations are delivered to you on the desired day before 9:30 am.

Any request relating to the temporary or final suspension of deliveries must be notified 15 days before the date of the next scheduled delivery.

We will find an arrangement to deliver you another day either by La Poste (at your expense), or by stalling exceptionally on another tour if your geographic location allows it.

Packaging / Storage / Return
The rations arrive frozen and ready to go straight from your door to your freezer. They are hand-delivered in a plastic crate that our delivery man would like to pick up on his way out. In case of absence, we can deposit the rations in an insulated container and leave it at the place you have indicated in the form.
Regarding postal delivery and not that with our Dog Mobile, the rations are systematically delivered in an insulated box on the desired date before 9:30 am.
Even if the food arrives partially thawed or refrigerator temperature, it is fine to refreeze and does not affect the quality of the product.
Containers that are left at your home are returnable. At the next delivery, we thank you in advance to put them somewhere in a prominent place so that our delivery man can take them back or exchange them during his passage.
Once delivered, it is not possible to return rations except in exceptional cases where they are in poor condition upon delivery.
